At Regional Rehab, we accept a wide variety of insurances and are happy to answer your coverage questions regarding physical therapy services. Once we have a potential patient’s insurance information, we will verify that coverage and notify the patient within 30 minutes with a clear-cut picture of what their benefits are and what their financial responsibilities might be. If a co-pay is applicable, we accept payments in the form of cash, check or credit card.
If a patient does not have insurance, or their deductible is very high and hasn’t been met, or in the case where we do not accept their particular insurance, a very reasonable self-pay package is available. For a comprehensive first-time session, which includes a complete head-to-toe assessment followed by a thorough treatment, the self-pay rate is $125.
